Using a soft wall cleanroom, this course is aimed at those involved in testing and validating cleanroom facilities, or those who manage such facilities and are involved with witnessing and signing off tests carried out by third party contractors. It will provide a comprehensive insight into why and how a classified facility should be tested for commissioning validation, or for continued compliance with the ISO14644-2:2015 standard. The course begins with an introduction to what the cleanroom is designed to achieve and how the validation process begins. As part of the validation testing demonstration, the set-up of the cleanroom will be reviewed to provide the test protocol and validation test report. The demonstration will cover the ISO 14644-3:2019 standard, which outlines the testing requirements for validation compliance.
